Payment
Existing customers: open account - payment within 45 days, or we give you 5% discount against all proforma orders
New customers: proforma only - but we give you 5% discount against all proforma orders

Guarantee:
Although we supply over 6000 pairs per year to over 400 shops, we will of course take back within 30 days from invoice date, any items which are not acceptable to you for what ever reason giving you a full credit, or payment, including any postage, providing the items are returned in pristine condition.

Presentation

Each pair of cufflinks or set of dress studs is presented in its own Orlap box with a mini brochure explaining hallmarks and semi-precious stones. A special leatherette presentation box is available for suites of cufflinks and dress studs.
